RESOL’NARE 4/6 – RAISE YOUR KIN AS MANDALORIANS:
Your children, or foundlings,, whether by blood or by adoption, should be raised in the teachings of The Way. Pass on your knowledge and prepare your children in The Way.
All your children by blood, and those you adopt are members of your clan until they join another clan or become dar’manda.
You are responsible for guiding your children in the proper practice of The Way; if you are unable to guide them, then you must find them a suitable mentor to teach them.
Foundlings does not always imply that the individual you are mentoring is younger than you, only that they are less knowledgeable in “The Way.”
Your clan should have a ceremony to mark when your foundling has reached a level of knowledge and maturity where they are full-fledged Mandalorians, and no longer foundlings under your direct guidance.
Mentorship and Development: Your kin or foundlings should be raised in the traditions of the Mandalorian Way. They should also comprehend the significance of their tasks and roles within the broader clan and community. Mentor them to become independent thinkers and doers capable of conducting themselves with minimal supervision, embodying the ethos of self-sufficiency and responsibility.
